Clinical Massage Therapy in Seattle, WA for LGBTQ+, Neurodivergent & Post-Surgical Clients

Inclusive, trauma-informed massage therapy, with a welcoming space for Trans and ADHD/Autistic clients.
A space where you can let go and feel at ease, just as you are.
Hi there, I'm Nikolas Gonzalez, LMT
I'm a licensed massage therapist located in Wallingford, WA
I provide high-quality, clinically informed massage therapy to individuals from all walks of life, with a focus on supporting communities that are often underserved or face unique physical and environmental demands.

My approach to massage therapy is grounded in clinical reasoning, current research, and individualized care. Each treatment is designed to support measurable outcomes such as reducing pain and tension, improving mobility, supporting recovery, and helping you better manage the physical effects of stress, injury, or surgery.

I believe effective care should feel supportive and approachable. Sessions are conducted with clear communication, thoughtful pacing, and attention to your comfort so you can feel informed, safe, and actively involved in your care.

Why Should I Seek Massage?
I am committed to providing inclusive, welcoming care for all clients in Seattle, especially those who are transgender, non-binary, or LGBTQ+. Sessions are tailored to your comfort level, with clear explanations and adjustable techniques so you can feel safe and in control.

My goal is to create a supportive, affirming space where massage is accessible to everyone, helping you relax, heal, and reconnect with your body—no matter your identity or presentation.
Pre and post op massage therapy is designed to support healing, mobility, circulation, and overall recovery following medical or cosmetic procedures. Treatments are tailored to your stage of healing, medical guidance, and individual comfort, using a safe and clinically informed approach to help reduce swelling, address scar tissue, and improve tissue mobility.

Sessions may begin beforehand to prepare the body and mind for a procedure. It can also be done shortly after surgery when appropriate, and post-surgical massage can even be beneficial years later for ongoing restriction, sensitivity, or discomfort related to healing. Sessions are always adapted to your needs with clear communication and client comfort prioritized throughout treatment.
Massage therapy can be especially effective and approachable for neurodivergent individuals when it is offered in a flexible, client-centered way. Sessions include clear explanations, predictable structure, and adjustable pressure or techniques to help reduce uncertainty and sensory overwhelm, allowing each person to stay in control of their experience.

By creating a calm, supportive, and affirming environment, I provide a safe space where clients with Autism or ADHD can better relax, regulate sensory input, and reconnect with their bodies in a way that respects their individual needs and comfort levels.
